Music Image Time is an informal meeting of minds, eyes and ears in the audio-visual comfort of the LAI Theatrette for anyone interested in watching and or making audio-visual artwork. This involves, but is not limited to Music, Image and Time-based media. Enthusiasts, learning and practising or established performers, dancers, painters, musicians can find and share inspirations, new connections and audiences in these meet-ups. This will be a great opportunity for audiences and makers to meet.

MITLab interests could include: video art, experimental music and moving image, forging bridges between traditional, handmade, still and moving image and sculpture, digital art, sound and vision, visual music, new media formats experiments and innovations.

In the comfortable Theatrette at LAI between 2 and 4 pm , we will have screenings of new work in development, behind the scenes reveals and previews, member led sharing or workshops , feedback on works in progress, suggestions, tips and tricks for ‘watching’ or making and developing new media artwork.
